Email and phone are the only two ways in. There is no contact form, and there is no support queue behind either of them — you reach a person.

Where we work

One place: Sunshine Coast, Australia. That is where the business operates and where it is registered.

This page used to name a second base in Germany. It was wrong — that is where the founder is from, not somewhere the studio operates — and it came out while writing this page, so it is gone from the site. German is still spoken here, which is a fact about a language and not about an office.

Responsibility for content

Everything published here is written by us. Where we describe client work, the status given is the real one — several projects on this site are marked in development because they are, and none of them has been dressed up as launched.

Disputes

If something has gone wrong, write to webagencysunny@gmail.com first. We would rather fix it than argue about it. Anything that cannot be resolved that way is governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, as set out in our terms.
