Every website we make comes with the parts it needs to run, all set up for you:

• your domain, the address people type to find you
• hosting, which is where your site lives
• email addresses
• your Google Business Profile
• Google Search Console

Your Google Business Profile is the listing people see when they look your business up on Google or find it on Maps. Search Console is Google’s tool for website owners, showing how your site appears in search. Both are set up so Google can find you.

The domain and hosting are in your name, and you own them. Their renewals are paid straight to the providers, and you pay us once, for the site.

It starts with a bit about your business. From that, we put together a first draft of your site. The draft is free and takes about 3 business days, so you see a real direction early, before you’ve paid anything.

Then we shape it together. You know your business and the people you want to reach, and we turn that into pages that are clear and easy to use. The words and photos come from both of us, so you don’t need everything written before we begin. How long this part takes depends on the changes.

There’s nothing to pay up front and no deposit, because you pay us once, when the site goes live.

Your site is custom-coded. There’s no template underneath it and no page builder, so the design is shaped around your business from the first draft.

Because it’s custom-coded, changes after launch are usually made by us. Each change is a one-off job: you tell us what you need, we tell you the price, and you decide whether to go ahead.
